Out of the box a nut fell off, put it back and had no further problems. The end pieces are the only loose pieces so unfolding and assembly was easy. The cot proved comfortable, the height was good, kept me off the ground and enjoyed 3 nights of camping with it. More trips coming up, I know I will sleep well. I will substitute the nuts on the bolts with lock nuts to prevent them from ever coming loose. This cot is a good product, well worth the price.
