Product Description:

The Texsport(r) Cumberland family tent sleeps up 6 with a large design that features 3 "no-see-um" mesh doors and 3 windows with zippered storm flaps. It sets up securely with a "Hub Cap" poles system and shock-corded fiberglass poles. A rainfly and awning over the main door provide added protection.

It is pretty easy to set up, compact, and has good features. It is not square, so slightly less large than LxW would lead you to believe, but big enough for me, my wife, and our Pack 'n' Play for our baby. It is comfortable! I have not yet had it in the rain, so I can't testify to the waterproofing. The instructions are not attached to the tent bag but it is a nice feature on an old Coleman tent I had.
