Ed W. from Columbus, Oh, IOThe 'Sharp Stick' ceramic butcher rod sharpens faster then some steel rods I have tried. It is also smoother than some steel rods. Therefore it sharpens faster and better for one half the cost than some steel rods. Couple that with free shipping and I made out like a 'bandit'.
