The Tulsi-Hybrid is thermostatically controlled and cycles on and off after reaching cooking temperature. It�s so easy to use just plug the Tulsi-Hybrid�s power cord into any standard 110-volt electrical outlet. The power source can from the electric company, a DC/AC inverter, or any back up generator. Highest Wattage required: 400 watts (+/- 10%).
