aluminum with a Teflon-like coating. We do not use Teflon however.

The Waffle Cone Maker makes perfect waffle cones and better than commercial eg. Cold Stone Creamery. They are crisp, light, fragrant, and delicious. The second recipe using cake flour is the best crisp, sweeter waffle. Lightly brush grid with canola oil or spray with Pam. Easy cleanup. The best setting for me was 2.75. Also made savory ones for small appetizers, also delicious (see recipes for Petite Waffle Cone Maker). Can't wait to try pizzelle (anise) and krumkaka.
