This sharpener is so good and so easy that after we bought one for ourselves, 2 months later bought one as a Christmas present for our kids. My husband has gone through all the non-electric methods of sharpening. This surpasses everything he's used in 40 years. We love it! It is well worth the money. Buy this one first, then you won't waste money on things that sort of work.
