Love it! I had originally bought one to see if I would like it, then ordered 3 more for friends. It really does hold 4 7' fishing poles fully assembled. The hard case it great for throwing in the back of the truck or in the basement for storage and keeps the poles from being damaged or a tangled mess. The 2 small lure compartments is also handy.

I received the unit in good order for a trip to Alaska. The case is very large. The case is made of very durable plastic and my rods survived without a scratch, even though the case didn't fair so well courtesy of the luggage gorillas at Alaskan Airlines. I like the case's snap lock system with its 5 snap lock design and it's multiple position design for your own security locks. All in all, I like the case.

The rod case is very well built, almost to heavy duty.
