I was somewhat disappointed in the quality of the fabric of the cotton napkins included in the backpack but everything else was great!

While I would rate the service of your wensite as "5", very efficient and customer friendly, I was a bit disappointed in some accessories in the backpack. For $90, I expected the thermos and coffee cups to be better quality. The backpack itself is well made, and the other accessories are acceptable.
