The ceramic "steel" is perfect for putting that final touch to the edge each time I use a knife. With just a brush on the ceramic rod to straighten the edge, I have a knife I have to warn people about.

I use a graduated stone sharpening system and needed a ceramic to finish and keep things sharp in between. The metal steels take too much off the knife for my taste. This was a little hard to find, but I found it here on your site.
