Eddie J. from Boston, MAThe Hatch Defender II's are pretty good riot control/self defense gloves. The 8 ounces of steel powder in the knuckles pack some extra punch. For anyone wondering it's kind of like a steel bean bag sewn into the back. Be sure to get the right size though; if they're too small you won't be able to make a fist due to tightly packed steel, and if they're too big the extra weight might pull them right off your hands. Just know your glove size before you order.
