Your, Hatch Dura-thin Unlined Search Gloves are excellent, allowing minimum loss of dexterity, while protecting.

I have owned 3 pairs of these over the past 5 years or so. The quality and fit of the gloves is what you would expect of a ‘Hatch” law enforcement glove… though the leather does wear quickly. The first set I had saw limited use over an extended amount of time… and therefore managed to last several years. The second and third pairs wore out in about 6 months each. I wear my gloves all shift and sometimes while riding my motorcycle… so they see a lot of use. The “Durathin” gloves typically wear in the area of the index finger first, often developing several holes in the area of the fingertip stitching. I recently switched to the Hatch Operator – Shorty glove in an attempt to find gloves that wear at a slower rate.
