Camping Recipe of the Week
A simple dish with not much clean up.

"I got the idea eating at a potato restaurant. I thought it would be great for camping. We camp with four other families, and they all request this when it is my turn to cook. We go away stuffed. I fix this at home in a pinch when we want something quick by fixing the potato in the microwave."

How Often Do You Camp?
It sure has rained a lot this summer. Rain discourages me from camping. The 4th of July is one holiday that you won't find me camping either. I also like tranquility when I camp. You'll usually find me camping in April, May, September and October. I prefer mild climates, remote locations and uncrowded campgrounds.
